Sicilian PSK Award The
SIPA Awards may be claimed by any EPC member eligible under these Rules
who can produce evidence in a form of ADIF log of having contacted EPC
members from various EU areas (provinces) within Region of Sicily by
using any type of the Phase Shift Keying. The SIPA III Award may be
claimed for contacts with 3 EU areas (provinces), the SIPA II Award -
for contacts with 6 EU areas (provinces), and the SIPA I Award - for
contacts with all 9 EU areas (provinces) of Sicily. Contacts with
stations from Pantelleria Island (IH9) and Pelagie Islands (IG9) can be
used as «Jokers». Each «Joker» can replace any 1 (one) missing
Sicilian EU Area. Only 1 (one) QSO with Pantelleria Island, and 1 (one)
QSO with Pelagie Islands is allowed for whole SIPA Award Series.
Contacted stations from the Pantelleria and Pelagie Islands don't need
